• Set up your own account with the AI tool you choose.
• Write down your business basics, preferences and how you like things written.
• Talk about where AI needs a human to check it.

By the end of call one, your AI knows your business. Building starts on call two.

Building on real tasks

Pick a process you already run. We look at how it’s done now, cut it back, and hand the rest to AI.

• Map out the steps as they happen today.
• Practice giving AI clear instructions and the right context.
• Build the skill in your account and test it together.

We start with the tasks where AI gives you back the most time.

Practice

You use what we built, see where it falls short and bring that back.

• Check and correct what AI gives you.
• Send me your questions by voice or text as they come up. I’ll reply.
• Keep a running list of what you’ve built and what’s next.

Plan on an hour or two a week.
