Live and one-to-one. Each video call runs up to 45 minutes, in your account, on a task you picked. Book an intro call and we’ll choose your first task together.
Call one: setup
We set your AI tool up for your business, so every call after this one builds on it.
Twice a month after that: build
You do the clicking while I guide, so you can repeat it on your own afterwards.
In between: ask
Stuck? Send me your question as a voice or text message. I reply within 12 business hours on weekdays. Notes and links go on your private client page.
Cost
How much does it cost?
New clients start at $1,000 a month. Fees go up to $2,500 a month depending on scope, and your exact fee is set in a written agreement before you pay anything. Billing is monthly with no long-term contract. Your AI subscription is billed separately by the provider.

Two working calls, help between them, and a page that keeps track of everything. You do the building. I coach.
Two calls a month
Video calls of up to 45 minutes each. You share your screen and we work through whatever’s most useful that week.
Answers between calls
Send me a question by voice or text whenever something comes up, and I’ll reply. I set aside about two hours a week for these; anything bigger becomes a call topic.
Your client page
A private web page with your session notes, links, to-dos and a list of the skills you’ve built.

Do I need to be technical?
No. You won’t write any code. If you can join a video call and share your screen, you have the skills you need. You give the AI instructions in plain English, and I walk you through each step until you can do it on your own.
How does the coaching work?
It’s one-to-one coaching. You build everything in your own AI account while I watch your screen and guide you. You understand how each piece works and can change it whenever you like.
What happens on the first call?
We set up your account. We connect the tools you use every day and give the AI the background it needs: what your business does, how you write and how you like work done. You fill in a 5-to-10-minute intake form beforehand so we use the call well. Building starts on the second call.
What’s included each month?
Two video coaching calls of up to 45 minutes, unlimited voice or text questions between calls that I answer myself, and a private client page with your call notes, action items and a list of everything you’ve built. Messaging covers about two hours of my time a week. Bigger topics move to the next call.
How fast will you reply?
My standard is a reply within 12 business hours. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time. A message sent Monday morning is answered by Tuesday afternoon. Federal holidays and announced time off are the exception.

Will you need my password?
No. You stay signed in to your own tools, share your screen and do the clicking yourself. Your passwords stay with you.
Can I use confidential or regulated information?
Yes, with the right settings. For client files, contracts and other business data, we review the AI tool’s privacy and data settings together before anything goes in, and you decide what your obligations allow. Health records, card numbers, bank details and Social Security numbers stay out entirely.
How much time will this save me?
You’ll measure it yourself. We start with a job you repeat every week, cut the steps that don’t need to be there and hand the rest to AI. Time the task before and after, and you’ll see exactly what you got back.
How do I sign up?
Fill in the inquiry form on this site. I’ll reply by email to set up a short intro call. When you’re ready, you sign the agreement, set up monthly billing, complete the intake form and book your first session.
