Information you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, optional company, message, and consent to a response. Do not submit passwords, payment information, health information, or other sensitive personal data.
How information is used
Inquiry details are used only to respond to your request and discuss whether services are suitable. Form submission does not enroll you in marketing or establish a client relationship.
Delivery and service providers
Inquiries are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox through Resend, an email-delivery provider. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes request metadata to operate the site and prevent abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising scripts. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page load performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies or track visitors across other sites, and it reports only aggregate figures. The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records. To ask about inquiry data or request correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on jurisdiction.
Client services
Coaching may use separate tools such as a video calling service, a voice and text messaging app, a private client page, and an intake form. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. The client agreement and onboarding materials explain their use.
